1. Program Overview
The RevTech Accelerator is a mentorship and strategic development program led by Pawel Nical. It is delivered under a done-with-you model and designed to support participants in building scalable RevTech advisory businesses
The Program includes, but is not limited to:
- Scheduled live mentorship sessions with Pawel Nical
- Weekly group workshops covering core program topics such as positioning, RevOps, outbound, inbound, systems design, and offer development
- Strategic input on go-to-market design and client delivery frameworks
- Access to proprietary resources, tools, templates, and recorded materials
- Access to selected partner tools through limited-time tech partnerships
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific business results. You are solely responsible for implementation, decision-making, and the outcomes of your business activities.
2. Fees and Payment
- The full Program fee must be paid prior to the start of the cohort unless a written split-payment arrangement has been confirmed in advance (see “Payment Options” below).
- All payments are non-refundable. Please refer to Section 4 – Refund Policy for full details.
- Invoices will be issued and must be paid in full according to the chosen payment schedule. Enrollment is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the first payment.
- Changes in personal or professional circumstances do not alter the payment obligation once enrollment is confirmed.
- Late payments may result in additional fees and/or suspension of access to sessions, support, and resources.
2.1. Payment Options
Participants may choose one of the following three payment options:
- One-time full payment: €4,490 due at the time of enrollment.
- Two-part split payment: €2,450 due at enrollment, followed by €2,450 exactly 30 days later.

Note: The early access plan is exclusively for approved participants. This offer cannot be transferred or retroactively applied.
2.2. Split Payment
- If you choose the split-payment option, your second installment is due 30 calendar days after enrollment, regardless of your attendance or program pace.
- You are responsible for completing all agreed payments in full. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension of access to mentorship, resources, and tech partner benefits..
2.3. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once the program begins. This policy applies to all payment plans and no exceptions will be made due to:
- Changes in your schedule
- Business or personal priorities
- Lack of participation or perceived value
You are enrolling in a mentorship and strategic advisory program with limited seats. Your commitment helps ensure the experience and momentum of the full cohort.

The Program is non-refundable under all standard circumstances. Refunds will not be granted due to:
- A change in business direction, availability, or priorities
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations not clearly outlined in the Program scope

In rare cases (e.g. documented severe illness), exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Pawel Nical.
