WEEK 2

Connecting Strategy to RevOps Transformation

Goal

Connect strategy and execution by defining a clear GTM focus and ICP, and turning priorities into RevOps roadmaps.

Cohort Workshop

We’ll break down how to lead GTM discovery that translates business objectives into actionable RevOps work. You’ll use frameworks to surface growth gaps and map them to quick wins and transformational projects.

1:1 Mentorship

We’ll tailor your GTM focus and ICP, pressure-test positioning, and align next steps for your advisory path.

WEEK 3

Data Orchestration & AI in Modern GTM

Goal

Design modular RevTech architectures and embed AI to power GTM workflows at scale.

Cohort Workshop

We’ll dive into Clay-based system design: sourcing, enrichment, routing, activation, and visual mapping in Puzzle. We’ll also cover AI patterns for structured research and insight generation.

Assignment

Draft your first architecture (Puzzle + Clay) and record a short Loom walking through the logic and value.

WEEK 4

Outbound Systems & Multi-Channel Flows

Goal

Build outbound motions that generate meetings and pipeline consistently.

Cohort Workshop

We’ll design outbound campaign logic across sourcing, enrichment, and sequencing — with practical demos using Clay, Twain, HeyReach, and Salesforge. You’ll learn how to use PVPs (permissionless value propositions) and PQS (pain-qualified segments) to unlock relevance at scale.

1:1 Mentorship

We’ll review your outbound workflow and align it with your ICP and offer direction.

WEEK 5

Inbound Systems & Demand Capture

Goal

Turn inbound signals into predictable demand and connect them to revenue workflows.

Cohort Workshop

We’ll look at inbound orchestration: capturing intent, enriching leads, and routing them into systems for follow-up. We’ll explore examples of inbound funnels, content-to-lead workflows, and Clay + AI enrichment patterns.

Allbound GTM & Focus Path Selection

Goal

Unify outbound, inbound, and RevOps into an allbound GTM engine — and choose the focus path that fits your strengths and business model.

We’ll connect your systems across the buyer journey and discuss how to package them into repeatable advisory offers. We’ll also talk about specialization paths: outbound, RevOps systems, or hybrid.

WEEK 7

Building IP & Client-Facing Assets

Goal

Codify your expertise into reusable IP and portfolio-ready deliverables.

Cohort Workshop

We’ll explore the difference between reusable assets and true IP, and how to productize your processes into scorecards, frameworks, and client-facing templates. You’ll see how these assets scale your delivery while building authority.

Assignment

This week’s assignment prepares you for the Portfolio Project Deep Dive in Week 8. Your goal is to gather and shape the raw materials that will evolve into your signature IP asset and supporting deliverables.

WEEK 8

Portfolio Project Deep Dive

Goal

Consolidate everything into a tangible portfolio project that showcases your credibility and leverage.

Deep Work (no group workshop)

You’ll focus on building: one signature IP asset, one reusable workflows, and 2-3 reusable template applicable to your business. At the end of Week 8 you will record a Loom walkthrough of your portfolio project and share it in Circle for async peer feedback.

1:1 Mentorship

Dedicated session to review and advise on your project work as you build.

WEEK 9

Productize & Price Your Signature Offer

Goal

Turn your skills and systems into a clear, premium offer that clients understand and trust.

Cohort Workshop

We’ll compare project, retainer, and revenue-share models; set boundaries; and shape offers that scale while communicating value with confidence.

Assignment

Draft your signature offer and pricing model, and share for peer feedback.

WEEK 10

Final Extended Strategy Workshops

Goal

Leave with a finished portfolio, a clear offer, and a focused 90-day growth plan.
