Connecting Strategy to RevOps Transformation
Learn how to connect strategy and execution in your advisory work by defining a clear GTM focus and ICP, and turning business priorities into RevOps roadmaps.
We’ll break down how to lead strategic GTM discovery with clients – from clarifying growth objectives, ideal customer profiles, and positioning, to aligning them with an actionable RevOps roadmap. You’ll learn how to use advisory frameworks to identify growth gaps and opportunities, and translate them into transformational projects and quick wins based on revenue architecture principles.
You’ll be paired with a peer and run a short “advisor-style” discovery session for each other using provided frameworks. Based on that, you’ll document their GTM focus, strategic objectives, and ICP in a way that lays the groundwork for a RevOps roadmap. The goal is to practice translating strategic discovery into clear guidance that drives downstream execution.
Data Orchestration & AI in modern GTM
Learn how to build scalable RevTech systems by designing smart and modular data architectures, as well as embedding AI across GTM motions.
We’ll dive into advanced RevTech systems design using Clay, covering how to build modular architectures that unify data sourcing, enrichment, routing, and activation. You’ll learn how to orchestrate internal and external data, and map system logic visually with tools like Puzzle to clearly communicate solutions across stakeholders. We’ll also explore how to embed AI to automate research, generate structured insights, and power GTM workflows.
We’ll review your Week 2 discovery assignment and talk through common challenges in turning GTM priorities into scalable RevTech systems in real client work. You’ll also get feedback on how to clearly communicate revenue architecture principles and system design in client-facing conversations.
Scalable Outbound & Inbound Systems
Learn how to build outbound and inbound GTM systems on top of a strong RevTech foundation – using data, automation, and content to drive consistent growth.
We’ll break down how to design scalable outbound and inbound motions based on the data architecture principles covered in Week 3. You’ll learn how to structure campaign logic and automation for lead capture, enrichment, message delivery, and routing. We’ll explore high-impact use cases like messaging engineering with Twain, and inbound lead workflows using lead magnets, forms and social triggers.
Design a client-facing system tailored to your RevTech expertise. Choose either an outbound or inbound use case, and structure the full workflow using the system logic introduced in Week 3. Use Puzzle to visually map out your process, systems and automation flow. Submit a short Loom or doc walking through your setup and how it delivers measurable value. You’ll receive async peer feedback from the cohort to help refine your solution.
Allbound GTM & Focus Path Selection
Learn how to unify outbound, inbound, and RevOps into an allbound GTM engine, and choose your advisory focus based on strengths, goals, and business model.
We’ll break down allbound GTM strategy by combining RevOps data orchestration with outbound and inbound workflows to create unified revenue systems. You’ll learn how to connect Clay, CRMs, API data sources and automation to align GTM motions across the full buyer journey. We’ll also discuss how to package these systems into repeatable advisory offers that drive strategic impact.
You’ll reflect on your client-facing system from Week 4 and the advisory work you’ve built so far. Together, we’ll identify which GTM focus (outbound, inbound, RevOps systems, or hybrid) best aligns with your strengths and long-term goals. You’ll get tailored guidance on how to turn that into a signature offer, clarify your focus path, and shape the next phase of your business roadmap.
Building IP & Client-Facing Assets
Start building your intellectual property and portfolio-ready assets that showcase your expertise, support premium pricing, and build client trust.
Learn how top advisors create reusable assets that signal authority and drive demand. We’ll explore formats like GTM playbooks, system diagrams, and discovery workshop templates. You’ll review real examples and choose what makes the most sense for your focus path and expertise.
Draft one core portfolio asset tailored to your focus area (for example: outbound system architecture, RevOps automation map, or inbound funnel design). Include a short write-up explaining the problem it solves, who it’s for, and how it showcases your value. Share with the group for async peer feedback.
